At Tummala Tax, we are a global firm that offers a full suite of services. We can do one-off services or create other custom bundles at the request of our clients. As a premium firm, we pride ourselves on providing custom solutions to clients. For most services, we do require a retainer. The retainer required can vary based on the work being performed, but our base retainer is $5,000. 

We also provide the Tax In A Box Bundle, through which we are able to offer business tax preparation/bookkeeping/payroll, personal tax preparation/bookkeeping, full-scale global audit, compliance, advisory, tax optimization/planning, and much more for a monthly fixed rate. Additionally, we offer tax credit retrieval services with a free discovery process, after which the client is informed on how much they will receive and how much time our team has spent and will take to complete the filing. Then, payment is collected based on those hours, and our team may proceed with the filing. The rate can also include other items such as the filing fee (materials and shipping and handling). We have the ability to work with clients of all sizes globally in various languages in all industries. We also offer QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online Payroll at a deeply discounted price with a better support experience for those looking for a comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping software. Overall, unlike other firms, due to the large number of portfolio companies at Tummala Inc., we can provide many ancillary services to Tummala Tax through our other companies as well such as Tummala Wealth Management and Tummala Funds.

Our standard business hours where clients can expect communication from the team is from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time. We do not work on weekends or holidays unless there are special deadlines or requests that are made ahead of time and agreed upon. We always try to be accommodating, as client success is of utmost importance to us, but additional fees may apply if special requests are made. Video calls are granted on an unlimited basis with your account manager and tax professionals, but calls must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

At Tummala Tax, we pride ourselves on hiring only the very best account managers and tax professionals. We ensure high quality by making sure all of our team members go through a very stringent hiring process. Additionally, all interactions and calls are recorded for quality assurance. However, if a client is unhappy with any team member, they are able to convey their feelings to the team, and we can make the necessary changes. In rare cases when a team member leaves for circumstances beyond our control, we make it a priority to match our clients quickly with a new and very capable team member who will help take over right where your team left off.

The Tax In A Box Bundle by Tummala Tax is a bundle that offers business tax preparation/bookkeeping/payroll, personal tax preparation/bookkeeping, unlimited video calls with your tax specialists, full-scale global audit, audit support, compliance, advisory, personalized tax optimization/planning, and tax relief/resolution (including calls/negotiations with relevant tax agencies) for up to 5 businesses for just $5,000/month in the Starter Plan. In the Business Plan, the package allows for up to 10 businesses and costs $10,000/month, and in the Advanced Plan, custom packages can be delivered. This ability to fulfill these services in an unlimited capacity puts us in a unique position to offer an innovative solution not present in the marketplace.

Even though the bundle has a plethora of service offerings, even clients taking advantage of just one service often see the incredible benefits due to the high-quality work provided without concern of being billed hourly. That is the power of utilizing the Tax In A Box Bundle, so while it may not seem advantageous to purchase the bundle if you are only interested in one service, oftentimes selecting the bundle will lead to increased savings.

Due to the many companies we have at Tummala Inc., over time we worked with various firms and independent tax professionals and never found a long-term solution. There were no options that were a great value when it came to providing high-quality work with quick turnarounds over a sustained period of time. Even though there are companies that may advertise these capabilities, we never came across one that truly delivered. We found that the market had significant inefficiencies and saw an opportunity to provide a top-tier service at a great price point so that other businesses globally did not have to face the same struggles.

While there are a multitude of services covered under the Tax In A Box Bundle, there are some things not included in this bundle package. Any service/product not explicitly listed in the offering is not available in the bundle including but not limited to services/products like Tummala Wealth Management, Tummala Funds, QBO, tax credit retrieval, entity formation, legal document review, and tax filing for employees of the businesses or for family/friends who are not the principal owners of the businesses covered under the package.

If a service/product is not available in the bundle, but the client wants to purchase another one-off service or bundle, they are definitely able to do so. In fact, many clients request many of the other services/products we have to offer such as QBO, tax credit retrieval, entity formation, legal document review, Tummala Wealth Management, and Tummala Funds.

Due to our billing relationship with QuickBooks, we do not offer a free trial for QuickBooks. Instead, we recommend that clients get a free trial through Quickbooks retail pricing itself and utilize their free trial in the best capacity possible, whether it be for individual or business use. You can go to the QuickBooks website to sign up for this free trial. If necessary, make sure to get your tax or finance professional involved and utilize QuickBooks support resources and support functionality within those first two weeks to see if it is a good fit. Then, once you are sure you want to use QuickBooks, you may come back to the Tummala Tax website to sign up for QuickBooks through us. Please keep in mind that a new account will need to be created in order for us to give you our special rates.

It is important to note that when we offer QuickBooks Online for a discounted rate, that offer does not come with any additional support from the Tummala Tax team. QuickBooks does provide support, but we understand that the support may not always be the best. Therefore, we recommend talking to your Tummala Account Management Team to see if they can help with basic issues, and if not, they will guide you to add our enhanced Quickbooks support team to your package. We are also able to talk to QuickBooks and let them know regarding any poor support. It is important to note that services like enhanced QuickBooks support from Tummala Tax and bookkeeping do come at an additional cost, which will be billed through a retainer.

Additionally, we ensure that the billing for the Tax In A Box Bundle is extremely clear and transparent. There is no free trial, but once the desired monthly package is purchased and payment has been processed, an onboarding email will be sent with information on gaining access to the Tummala Portal and meeting your team with your account manager and tax specialists. Your terms and conditions as well as billing details will be transparently shown within the Tummala Workbook. Every month, payment will be processed automatically, unless you inform your account manager that you do not wish to continue at which point, your subscription will be canceled, and you will no longer have access to the Tax In A Box Bundle services. If we are unable to process payment, but you still intend on continuing with the subscription, then we cannot resume services until payment has been processed. Once payment has gone through, we have a strict non-refundable policy that we make clear in our terms and conditions. There is without a doubt a common thread through Tummala companies. It is a core ethos of ours to have companies that work together and build one another up. Because of this belief, often times we do have cross-promotions and bundle deals between companies. These promotions will be broadcast in Tummala Workbooks as well as the Tummala Portal for clients even from other companies to take advantage of special offers from a company they might not yet be a client of.

Yes, each client does receive access to the Tummala Portal, Tummala Workbook, and their Tummala Team. This is something that is common across Tummala companies. We like to provide each of our clients, team members, and companies with this organization. In the portal, we will be able to securely communicate, share files, have meetings, and more. Pinned at the top of each chat in the Tummala Portal is also a Tummala Workbook unique to the individual/team. There is a Tummala Team Member Workbook and a Tummala Client Workbook. Both these Workbooks help manage reminders, etiquette, and the overall day-to-day tasks. Finally, there is also your Tummala Team. Every team member will receive their Tummala Workplace Team, but then also each client will receive their Tummala Account Management Team. We also plan on providing Tummala Foundation Life Advising Teams through Tummala Foundation soon. If an individual is both a team member and a client, they will receive both Workbooks in addition to access to two separate logins for the Tummala Portal and have their unique Tummala Team in each scenario. Tummala companies provide the opportunity for individuals and entities to send us business and be rewarded. This program is offered through Metro Affiliates. It is important to note that not all portfolio companies have all these options/tiers mentioned below, and some may not even have any.  With the White-Label option, we bill you, and you have the ability to upcharge your clients what you want or include the fees in your service offering. You will offer all the support and bill your clients, and we will provide all of the back-end fulfillment for the service/product. With the Resale option, we also bill you, and you have the ability to upcharge your clients what you want or include the fees in your service offering. We can help with the support and have the client join the Tummala Portal, but you will bill your clients, and we will provide all of the back-end fulfillment for the service/product. Visit the Quick Links in the footer of the Tummala Tax website to learn more about all of these options. There are three tiers when it comes to referring, the top-most tier being the Partners tier. Typically, to be accepted into the Partners tier, either you must apply and be accepted, or we must seek you out and offer the Partners tier to you. Often, this tier is reserved for professionally certified individuals in the field such as tax or finance professionals but can also be for special partnerships with strategic partners who can send a high volume of business our way. We can customize deal structures and rewards in this tier. This tier has greater rewards. A Tummala White Labeler, Reseller, or Partner can be an individual or entity who is aligned with the core vision and mission of Tummala Inc. and intends on progressing these values forward. Whether it is high-profile individuals or companies with large social reach or well-known names in a certain industry, in these types of relationships, often there is a higher-level partnership formed, one that helps not only from a monetary perspective for both parties but also from a branding standpoint. The middle tier is the Affiliates tier and allows anyone to register. This tier is below the Partners tier but is meant for individuals looking to pursue sending business our way as a real money-making endeavor as well. The final tier is the Referrers tier, which is simply for individuals looking to refer their friends, family members, or acquaintances a few times. This tier will often give a small reward to the Referrer as well as a discount to the individual or entity they referred. This tier is more for individuals looking not to gain much monetary benefit but also more to give the person they referred something. 

Once you sign up for this program with one of our companies, you can immediately log in and get started. In addition in the Metro Affiliates portal, you will be able to see other Tummala companies that also offer this program and the relevant options and tiers, and you can sign up for the program for those companies as well. Remember that the Referrers and Affiliates tiers are open to anyone, but you must typically be granted access to the White-Label option, Resale option, and Partners tier, and you can apply inside of the portal or through the corresponding company website.
